At Reliant Manufacturing, we want to ensure that our clients are satisfied and that their products get to their customers on time. By doing this, we introduce Loyalty Agreement Contracts (LAC).

Reliant Manufacturing LAC process is with every Contract we get from our clients. It is a simple but effective 3-step process that helps to establish a permanent relationship between other companies and us.

Step 1. Contracts that consent to a year will have an RM representative sent to their company to see the process of the products being put together from start to finish, in which he will track the time of the process. After that, the company will provide RM with the parts to produce the product, which we will ask our experts to assemble. Note Contracts that are less than a year will still have an RM rep sent to them, but the price will be higher due to the Contract being shorter.

Step 2. We send a detailed analysis of when Reliant Welding Tech (RWT) will assemble your product. The projection broke down quarterly, allowing the company to inform their customers with accurate completion information.

Step 3. Reliant Manufacturing keeps its promises to all businesses that use our services. If we have yet to provide the services of a High-Quality weldment delivered on time, there is NO CHARGE to the company, and it's on the House! We stand behind our Quality and Deadlines, or YOUR MONEY BACK!
